Pure Potential Enterprises was created and founded by Phyllis N. Coley. Pure Potential Enterprises was developed because there was a huge need for young people in under served communities to be supported with deciding on and organizing for their future. Task such as how to navigate through the college entrance process. How to, successfully, look for and sign up for scholarships. (inserted from Pure Potential website) They also provide workshop for parents, as well as students.
